Lead Times & Cancellations

• Bulk orders for 11- 50 bars of soap require 7 business days for processing.

• Bulk orders for 50-100 bars of soap require 14-30 business days for processing.

• Bulk orders for 100+ bars of soap require 14-30 business days for processing.
• Lead times may vary due to availability but this will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.

• Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to production costs.

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days, minus any non-refundable custom design or material costs.
