Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
- Please note all sales are final unless your product arrives damaged or defective.
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you have lit the candle and do not like the scent selected.
Terms and Conditions for return and refund:
- If your product(s) arrive damaged, please submit a picture showing the damaged item.
- Send us an email (cracklebar@hotmail.com) with the picture and outline the details of your issue.
- Once we review and confirm the product is damaged, a refund will be issued based on the original payment type.
- Allow for 5-10 business days for the refund to be received.
- A replacement item will be shipped for free if you prefer a new item instead of a refund.
Cancellations:
- A full refund is available if you cancel your order within 24 hours, unless the item has already been shipped.
Defective Products & Safety Issues:
- We do not offer refunds for any issues or damage caused by user error.
- Information on fire safety and candle care are provided to each customer. It is up to you to follow the guidelines.
