Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Please note all sales are final unless your product arrives damaged or defective.
  2. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you have lit the candle and do not like the scent selected.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

  1. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please submit a picture showing the damaged item.
  2. Send us an email (cracklebar@hotmail.com) with the picture and outline the details of your issue.
  3. Once we review and confirm the product is damaged, a refund will be issued based on the original payment type. 
  4. Allow for 5-10 business days for the refund to be received.
  5. A replacement item will be shipped for free if you prefer a new item instead of a refund.

Cancellations:

  1. A full refund is available if you cancel your order within 24 hours, unless the item has already been shipped.

Defective Products & Safety Issues:

  1. We do not offer refunds for any issues or damage caused by user error.
  2. Information on fire safety and candle care are provided to each customer. It is up to you to follow the guidelines.
  3. If an item is defective, please submit a picture showing the issue/defect.
  4. Send us an email (cracklebar@hotmail.com) with the picture and outline the details of your issue.
